1. Dumpster Rentals & Pricing
Rental prices are based on the dumpster type and duration selected during checkout. The customer's selected rental and price appear in the order summary.

24-yard standard rentals include 2 tons of disposal weight. 30-yard standard rentals include 2.5 tons. Roofing rentals include 2 tons. Concrete and dirt rentals have a strict 5-ton (10,000-pound) maximum load limit.
2. Additional Fees & Weight Limits
- Excess disposal weight: $75 per additional ton above the included allowance, prorated using the disposal facility's certified scale ticket.
- Concrete and dirt: A strict 5-ton maximum applies. Loads above this limit incur a $350 overweight handling fee. Apex may require removal of excess material before pickup. Additional documented costs may apply for extra trips or delays.
- Overfill: $30 when material exceeds the designated fill line. Unsafe or significantly overfilled loads may require material removal and may incur additional documented handling costs.
- Approved extensions: $30 per additional day when requested and approved before the scheduled pickup.
- Unapproved extensions: $50 per additional day, subject to dumpster availability.
- Emergency delivery: A one-time $50 fee applies to same-day emergency rentals approved by Apex. Emergency requests are not confirmed bookings until approved.
- Extended service area: The rental price includes delivery and pickup within 15 driving miles of Apex's designated operating point (33.442842, -111.857338). For addresses farther away, a one-time $2-per-additional-mile surcharge is calculated on the one-way driving distance beyond 15 miles. This single charge covers BOTH delivery and pickup; the customer is not charged the mileage surcharge again at pickup. The applicable amount will be disclosed before payment or approval.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment of the agreed rental price is required before delivery once online checkout is available. Additional charges for excess weight, extensions, loading issues, prohibited materials, damage, or service distance are the customer's responsibility when properly assessed under these terms. Disposal weight is supported by the facility's scale ticket. Additional invoices are due within 7 calendar days of pickup. Any late-payment charge must be separately disclosed and agreed upon in writing before service.
4. Prohibited Materials
Unless specifically approved in writing by Apex and accepted by the disposal facility, dumpsters may not contain:
- Tires, vehicle batteries, paint, stains, solvents, hazardous chemicals, pesticides, or toxic substances.
- Gasoline, diesel, motor oil, antifreeze, liquids, propane tanks, pressurized cylinders, or flammable materials.
- Asbestos or suspected asbestos-containing materials, medical waste, needles, or infectious waste.
- Refrigerators, freezers, or air-conditioning units containing refrigerants.
- Concrete, dirt, rock, brick, or other heavy debris in containers not designated or approved for those materials.
Prohibited contents may cause rejected loads and additional documented removal, handling, transportation, or disposal charges. Contact Apex before loading uncertain materials.
5. Safe Loading
Keep all materials at or below the fill line, close and secure dumpster doors, distribute weight safely, and place heavy debris only in approved containers. Apex may refuse or delay pickup of unsafe, overloaded, or improperly loaded containers until corrected. Customers are responsible for applicable additional costs caused by improper loading.
6. Property & Equipment
By requesting placement, the customer authorizes Apex to deliver the dumpster to the designated location and is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and permits. Heavy trucks and containers can affect asphalt, concrete, pavers, landscaping, and other surfaces. Apex is not responsible for damage resulting from ordinary, careful placement or removal at the customer's designated location, except where caused by Apex's negligence or misconduct. The customer is responsible for equipment damage from misuse, fire, unauthorized movement, or improper loading, excluding normal wear and tear. Do not move the dumpster without Apex's authorization.
7. Delivery, Pickup & Extensions
Provide clear and safe access for delivery and pickup, including removing vehicles, opening gates, and clearing obstructions. Charges for blocked access, unsuccessful trips, or rescheduling apply only when disclosed and agreed upon in advance. Apex may delay unsafe pickups. Rental periods begin upon delivery and end at the scheduled pickup date and time, subject to approved changes. A full-container exchange is a new rental unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Customer Acknowledgment
By checking the agreement box, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and agree to these rental terms, including the displayed rental price, disposal allowances, additional fees, prohibited materials, and loading and property responsibilities. No separate signature or form is required on this page.
